Salary: £47,241+ depending on skills and experience

What You\’ll Be Doing

Responsible for delivering Asset integration activities for major site & infrastructure projects, to enable the smooth transition of assets from projects into business as usual

Managing the asset lifecycle from RIBA 1-7, ensuring maintainability, through life management arrangements & integration into the asset management system

Liaising with and managing key stakeholders within the project, and the end-user function

Implementing post-handover asset management arrangements

Deriving and developing asset management strategies for business‐critical equipment

Essential

Qualified in a STEM discipline at HNC/HND level, or possessing equivalent operational experience

Capable of working toward Incorporated Engineer status with a recognised professional institute

Sound understanding of asset‐management principles

Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and identify key system components

Desirable

Familiarity with the full project lifecycle

Experience within asset integration or pre‐operations environments

Experience in supervising or managing people

The Asset Integration Team, a core part of site engineering, guides assets from the project phase into day‐to‐day operations, ensuring maintenance strategy alignment, asset management system capture, and regulatory compliance. Relocation support packages are available across all Submarines roles, subject to eligibility criteria.
