Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, functional consultants, and technical staff, conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation and upgrade projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Ensure systems are suitable for our environment working with the Enterprise/Data and Solution architects.
- Liaise with product owners, business functions, and other IT teams to align development with business needs.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Manage day-to-day operations, resources, scheduling work, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strict security compliance.
Knowledge of key applications: Oracle ERP, Siemens Teamcenter Unified, MSBI, Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of cyber security principles and compliance standards.
- Experience in application management, with demonstrable experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall.
- Desirable: Experience of Atlassian product suite - Jira, Confluence, JSM.
