Location: Guildford. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week. Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Our team needs people with excellent problem-solving skills, enthusiasts for technology, who enjoy making things, understanding how stuff works and are motivated to deliver solutions that ultimately make a difference to the safety and security of the world in which we live.
  • Opportunities Include:
  • Designing high performance electronics (digital/RF/analogue) for our products
  • Manufacturing devices designed to operate in extreme environments
  • Creating software and applications and GUIs (typically using C, C++, Java, Javascript or React)
  • Creating FPGA-based digital signal processing applications (typically using VHDL)
  • Developing software and/or firmware for a range of target devices including FPGAs, ARM processors, GPUs and microcontrollers (typically using VHDL or Verilog)
  • Designing signal processing algorithms
  • Mathematical modelling

Qualification Requirements

As a minimum requirement you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:1 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Maths/Physics or similar.
