What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop manufacturing capability and technology to ensure requirements can be met and adhere to safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements.
  • Support design processes, ensuring alignment with current and evolving manufacturing capabilities.
  • Maintain existing systems and develop new technologies through conducting process reviews, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
  • Translate Engineering Design (3D models, drawings, standards) into Manufacturing Engineering Data for use within operations & in line with project requirements.

Export Control/Security

Please be aware that many roles at BAE Systems are subject to both security and export control restrictions. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
