What you’ll be doing
Within the Business Support function, your goal is to support and enable the business across a range of environments where your contribution is pivotal to the success of the business. Activities range from:
- Administration support for Programmes and Functions.
- Update/maintain business systems.
- Capture key business data/information for processing.
- Personal Assistance to Senior Leadership Team within the business.
- Diary management.
- Booking travel/accommodation.
- Co‑ordination across the Ship Build facilities / Applied Shipbuilding Academy.
- Enabling vast moves with people from different locations e.g. ship moves and associated personnel.
- Ensuring smooth operation and bookings within the Academy.

Export Control/Security
