We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.</p><p class=”AMSBoxText”><strong>Salary:</strong> &pound;25,900</p><p class=”AMSBoxText”> </p><p class=”AMSBoxText”><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Ensure compliance with applicable sanctions and export control laws and regulations </li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Ensuring that parties with whom the Company interacts (including their Owners and Controllers) and the transactions in which it is engaged are appropriately screened</li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Denied Party and Sanctioned Country Screening in line with business processes and measures Production of Metrics & KPIs</li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Ad-hoc tasks, as required during peak processing periods to balance team workload and meet service commitments</li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Participation in continuous improvement activities</li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>You will also be responsible for other administrative duties in the Import Export Department</li></ul><p class=”AMSBoxText”><strong>Your skills and experiences:</strong></p><p class=”AMSBoxText”>Essential:</p><ul><li class=”AMSBoxText”>General office / administrative background a requirement</li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Regulatory/governance background would be advantageous but is not essential</li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Proven experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders</li><li class=”AMSBoxText”>Good IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office packages, SharePoint</li></ul><p class=”AMSBoxText”><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p class=”AMSBoxText”>As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.</p><p class=”AMSBoxText”><strong>The Export Control team:</strong></p><p class=”AMSBoxText”>The Export Control Team is a business unit within BAE Systems Shared Services and provides a range of services to a variety of business units within BAE Systems.
