What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business.
  • Take professional pride in their role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with frameworks/ standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence.
  • Coach employees and learners to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey.
  • Design and develop learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence.
  • Develop learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence.

Your skills and experiences:

  • Electrical background.
  • Coaching/mentoring experience.
  • Level 3 teaching qualification.
  • Assessors TAQA or A1.

The Workshop Apprenticeship Delivery team

The Workshop Apprenticeship Delivery Team is a group of 14 dedicated professionals committed to developing the skills and confidence of BAE Systems Air and Munition apprentices. Drawing on strong industry experience and practical expertise, the team delivers high-quality, hands-on training in a safe and supportive workshop environment. Working collaboratively, they focus on building technical competence, reinforcing professional standards, and preparing apprentices to meet the demands of operational roles within the Air and Munition sectors.
