Leave Policy
Annual leave must not be booked within the first 3 months of the apprenticeship. Following this, leave will be considered depending on the individual training delivery schedule and must be approved by your line manager.

Export Control/Security
Many roles at BAE Systems are subject to both security and export control restrictions, which may impact eligibility based on nationality, residence, etc. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting.
Qualification Requirements
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4/A-C, including Maths, English, and a Science/Technical Subject
- 3 A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above. 1 subject must be Maths and 1 must be Engineering or a Science/Technical subject.
- An equivalent level 3 vocational qualification (must be a STEM related subject that aligns to the scheme/area you are applying for and worth a minimum of 96 UCAS points)
