Job Title: Cloud Application Service Delivery Lead

Location: Warton We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £54,793-£60,326 dependent upon skills and experience

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of a reliable and efficient service model for applications hosted on the Atlassian SaaS Cloud platform, developing and refining operational processes and procedures, building on established practices used for on-premise solutions like Jira and Confluence
  • Help shape and implement a fit-for-purpose service model for the Air Atlassian Cloud, ensuring business requirements are identified and prioritised to align with strategic goals and complement existing operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Air Atlassian Cloud solution, working collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners to maintain consistent, high-quality service
  • Understand and manage the financial and resource considerations of the service, including budget oversight and identifying areas for improvement and opportunity

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • A solid understanding of cloud computing technologies, preferably with experience in non-public cloud environments
  • Practical experience setting up new application services and, operational processes and practices
  • A background in managing cloud-based application services, ideally with experience leading or mentoring teams in fast-paced environments
  • A collaborative, solution-focused mindset – someone who enjoys solving problems and working with others to improve how things are done

Desirables:

  • ITIL Qualification at foundation level
  • Previous people management experience
