What you'll be doing
- Managing and conducting the Governance of training in line with UK & KSA regulations for the export to the Royal Saudi Air Force
- Facilitating the Exporting of training and On the Job Training material up to and including 'UK SECRET' (including ITAR) as authorised by security and export policy and procedure
- Conducting reviews of training delivery in line with MASED 095
- Leading the creation of Training deliverables in support of On-the-Job Training (OJT) for Mission Data and Electronic Warfare centre specific roles
- Managing and facilitating training and OJT pre-requisites and dependencies with a focus on maintaining training and OJT schedules
- Managing alongside internal and external suppliers the Master Training Plan
Your skills and experiences
Essential:
- The successful applicant will ideally be educated to degree level within an engineering subject or with an appropriate engineering background or appropriate level of experience to offset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work autonomously in a delivery focused environment
- Effective communicator at all levels of the organisation with suppliers and the Customer.
Desirable:
- Experience in Typhoon Training, OJT or Saudi projects
- Supplier engagement and / or management
- Background or experience in engineering projects and the engineering lifecycle
- Background or experience in Training development, deployment or delivery
- Experience in tasks relating to EWOS specifically Typhoon Mission Data production

The Localising Typhoon Electronic Warfare Programme (LTEWP) team
This role requires working within a team that engages with other elements of BAE Systems, both UK and KSA based, external suppliers and the customer. The role will involve taking process and training deliverables, produced as part of the LTEWP contract, and identify the tasks that once completed will determine competence within the roles scope, with the aim of producing and maintaining a quality solution to further training as part of enabling indigenous capability.
