What you'll be doing:
- Working within and integrating an International (GCAP) and National (FCAS), multi-disciplined team ensuring that both the customers and business requirements are met, supporting planning and general Bid Management activities - including integrating the estimating, commercial, supply chain and technical activities.
- Interacting with bid stakeholders at appropriate levels, keeping the Bid Team informed and engaged.
- Ensuring that various teams and stakeholders collaborate effectively to meet project objectives, review requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain a Bid Schedule, ensuring topicality, strategic alignment and tracking progress where required.
- Own the Bid Consolidated Schedule and act as the interface with the Programme Integration Team to report progress against activities and schedule milestones.
- Manage the Bid input into the Line of Business and International reporting cadence.
- Co-ordinating and maintaining Bid Assumptions, Exclusions and Dependencies (AED's).
- Driving LCM clearance activities associated with the bid, drawing on the wider team where required, with a particular focus on Phase Review in support of bids.

The Joint International Bid Team:
Within this role, you will work across both GCAP and FCAS. For GCAP, it will be part of a Joint International Bid Team, responsible for bidding for future work for GCAP in support of Edgewing, the new Joint Venture responsible for delivery of GCAP. You will support the GCAP Head of Bids, supporting bid activities and working across an international multi-disciplinary team to provide integration and support where required. On the FCAS (National) side, the role would support the FCAS Head of National bids, working across a multifunctional integrated bid team responsible for producing, clearing and delivering bids to the UK MOD and Edgewing.
