The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.

Location: Preston/Farnborough or Frimley - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £45,000 dependent on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end business analysis activities for large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis, leveraging SQL and Excel to extract insights, identify trends, and present findings to senior management.
  • Development and optimization of business processes and actively participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring timely and successful project deliveries.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitated user training sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of newly implemented systems and processes.
  • Assisting in the development of training materials and user manuals, enabling end-users to effectively utilize system functionalities.

  • Experience of Business Strategy & Analysis.
  • Business requirements gathering and documentation (Agile methodologies).
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
  • Data Management & Analysis.
  • Understanding of Master data management.
  • Knowledge of data governance.
  • CBAP – Certified Business Analyst Professional or equivalent certification.
