What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end business analysis activities for large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Development and optimization of business processes and actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring timely and successful project deliveries.
- Collaborating with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionalities.
- Developing and maintaining a requirements traceability matrix (functional and non-functional), ensuring comprehensive coverage of business needs and smooth project execution.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external), to ensure alignment and consensus across multiple work streams.
- Extensive experience in collecting, documenting, and validating business requirements, through workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Mentoring junior business analysts, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.
- Excellent documentation production, clearly stating the different stages of projects ranging from Business Requirements, As-Is/Would-Be process flows, Use Cases, and any functional specifications.
- Experience and understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience of working with Solution, Domain, Data and Enterprise Architects, hence forming a good relationship, and acting as a bridge between the business and the Architects teams, so requirements are not misunderstood.
Desirable:
- Business analysis certification or qualification.
- Experience working with TOGAF or ITIL practices.
- Experience in BPMN methodology.
- Any experience (multiple large-scale projects) working with ERP systems and understanding their complexity and dependencies.

The Business Analysis team:
The Business Analysis team consists of a mixture of Junior, Midlevel and Senior Business Analysts. Each individual brings their own unique experience and skills to their engagements. The team relies on each other for guidance and direction where needed. The team is spread across nearly all sectors of the business gaining valuable perspective and ways of working techniques. The team has now started to collaborate more within the team, where artefacts, workshop techniques and other Business Analysis techniques are shared, discussed and improved upon. It is a great team to work with, where the sense of belonging is felt.
