What You’ll Be Doing
- You will help coordinate and organise general office related day-to-day activities and liaise with visitors and external agencies for Submarine Business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office management activities, including maintenance coordination, service provider engagement, and supplier performance oversight.
- Oversee visitor management processes, ensuring compliance with security protocols and delivering a professional on-site experience.
- Support Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) compliance by collaborating closely with the SHE Support Team and HS&E Advisor to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Manage central office communications, including shared inboxes, and support onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless integration experience for new employees.
Essential Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of working in an office management role.
- Solid user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in communication skills and a professional manner as dealing with external visitors.
- Organisational skills and self-motivation and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Driving Licence would be beneficial for travel on site.

The Business Operation Support Team
The Business Operations Support Team is a growing group, currently with two members based in Coventry and a wider team of sixteen. The team plays a vital role in supporting the office environment and all employees, overseeing facilities, coordinating with SHE and IT advisors, and supporting security controllers. They manage new starter inductions, liaise with internal and external suppliers and visitors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As the office continues to grow from 0 to 100 employees, the team remains essential in maintaining efficiency and delivering high-quality business support.
