Salary: £42,215+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the delivery of Asset Integration activities for major site & infrastructure projects, to enable the smooth transition of assets from project into business as usual.
- Support the management of the asset lifecycle from RIBA 1-7, ensuring maintainability, through life management arrangements & integration into the asset management system.
- Liaising with key stakeholders within the project and the end-user function.
- Implementing post-handover asset management arrangements.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Qualified in a STEM discipline at HNC/HND level, or possessing equivalent engineering, maintenance, or operational experience.
- Proven ability to manage and engage with a range of complex stakeholder relationships.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle.
- Understanding of core asset-management principles.
- Experience in asset integration or pre-operations environments.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and recognise system components.

The Asset Integration team:
Our team sits at the heart of site engineering, guiding assets from the project phase into day-to-day operations. We make sure every asset has the right maintenance strategy, is properly captured in our asset-management systems, and has completed all required assurance steps. We also work to ensure regulatory obligations and maintenance requirements remain fully aligned. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
