What you'll be doing:
- Leading a direct team responsible for developing requirements for both new and existing facilities and capabilities for SSNA.
- Maturing the production line and system of work, establishing ways of working and managing a diverse range of activities within a complex programme in order to ensure the provision of enduring capabilities for SSNA.
- Managing scenarios and solution development for the integration of complex infrastructure requirements whilst monitoring near-term and strategic business risks and opportunities.
- Playing a key part in acting as the liaison with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Facilitating the development of business cases, funding needs and business justifications from our detailed data sets with compelling underpinning evidence for change.
Your skills and experiences:
- Strong stakeholder management skillsets and experiences with senior board levels.
- Experience working on complex portfolios or programmes of work whilst managing and monitoring change and uncertainty.
- Previous experience in Construction, Manufacturing Engineering, Site & Facilities or Operations considered.
- Good understanding of technical data or requirements management, and the interpretation of which.
- Experience of growing and developing a team professionally.

Our team is at the forefront of transforming the Submarine Estate in Barrow-in-Furness, enabling the delivery of world-class submarines to the Royal Navy. The team consists of experienced, proactive individuals, who lead and implement change and improvement throughout the production lines and facilities from concept to commissioning. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
