Lead Project Professional - Delivery in Barrow in Furness

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Onsite

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Project Manager with key contractual requirements.
• Supporting the business case.
• Supporting the B36 demolition team as they move into the third phase of their contract, including order placement.
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting pricing activities.
• Working closely with procurement.
• Ensuring contractors are effectively managed and under control.
• Maintaining effective cost control to support the Project Management team.

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experience managing construction projects from initiation through to completion.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Proven experience with cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to guide and influence.

Desirable:

• Understanding of CDM regulations.
• Relevant Project Management qualification.
