Salary: Starting from £14,527 - £23,493 per annum dependent on age, with annual progression through the scheme duration.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with tools and equipment that are used for the preparation of surfaces to enable specialised coatings to be applied.
- The role can involve abrasive blasting, spray paint application, using state-of-the-art equipment to conduct specialised activities or detailed work to support a final product inspection.
- Undergo training in the application of state-of-the-art acoustic and anechoic tiling and specialist casting techniques.
- Ensure safe working practices and quality standards are met, delivering a high standard across a range of decorative painting techniques.
