We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you'll be doing:
- You'll use your innovative flair to transform designs into products and processes to help our manufacturing and construction teams deliver cutting edge technology in an effective manner.
- You'll be involved at multiple levels of the business, from solving manufacturing problems on the shop floor, through to working on strategic workflows to develop functional capabilities.
- Producing appropriate department documentation.
- Liaising with planning and other technical departments.
- Developing innovative process and product solutions.
- Understanding, developing, and implementing greater customer and external relations.
- Working across manufacturing work streams to share best practice and develop your knowledge and skillset.
