Salary: £23,493 per annum, with annual progression through the scheme duration.

- Interpret between two worlds: business and IT, bridging the gap of understanding between business and technology teams
- Oversee design and delivery of tested system solutions throughout a project lifecycle
- Detailed business requirements and performance analysis
- Development of successful digital and technology solutions
- Collaborate with IT delivery team

Qualification requirements:
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4/A*-C which must include Maths & English & a Science/Technical Subject AND 1 of the following:
- 3 A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above. 1 subject must be Maths and 1 subject must be in Engineering or a Science/Technical subject
- An equivalent level 3 vocational qualification (must be a STEM related subject that aligns to the scheme/area you are applying for and worth a minimum of 96 UCAS points)

These restrictions mean that factors such as your nationality, any nationalities you may have previously held, and your place of birth can restrict the roles you are eligible to perform within the organisation. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
