(Shift allowance of 33% may be applicable)<b></b></p>n<p><b> </b></p>n<p><b>What you’ll be doing:</b></p>n<ul>n<li>Reading/Interpreting Electrical Drawings, MDS and Guidance information</li>n<li>Carrying out Electrical Testing on 12v, 24v, 110v, 240v & 440v systems</li>n<li>Executing various crimping techniques and soldering</li>n<li>Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and defect rectification in accordance with the project schedules to meet customer quality expectations</li>n<li>Installation, testing and maintenance of communications equipment such as VHF radios, Intercom, GPS, and AIS</li>n<li>Fault diagnosis and defect rectification</li>n<li>Carrying out detailed inspections and be fully conversant in the use of all measuring equipment’s</li>n<li>Using of calibrating measurement equipment</li>n</ul>n<p><b>Your skills and experiences:</b></p>n<ul>n<li>Completed an appropriate trade apprenticeship or naval equivalent qualification</li>n<li>Understanding of electrical installation drawings</li>n<li>Clear understanding of SHE Risks Awareness</li>n<li>Understanding of manufacturing processes</li>n<li>Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and or at height</li>n<li>Safety certification i.e., SHE Induction, COSHH Awareness, working at height etc</li>n<li>Background in Marine, Offshore, Construction or Manufacturing environment highly desirable</li>n</ul>n<p><b>Benefits: </b></p>n<p>You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You will be providing support to the Royal Navy Warship fleet through upgrades, maintenance, and support periods.
