Salary: Starting from Β£18,848 with annual progression through the scheme duration
What you'll be doing:
- Learning how to weld plate and structural components to high standards of quality.
- This will involve the fabrication, construction or repair of fabricated plate, assemblies and structural components which are often used to fabricate larger components and assemblies.
- Welders will weld to internationally recognised quality standards using a range of welding processes, from Manual Metal Arc (MMA), Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Metal Active Gas (MAG), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG).
