What you'll be doing:
- Deliver safe, capable processes for optimised Test and Evaluation disciplines to specified standards.
- Delivery of Trials Engineering tasks.
- Gaining knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of new trials techniques.
- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Using computer software to enable data capture through appropriate hardware.
- Executing and reporting results from Test and Evaluation trials.
- Ensuring there is a detailed Safe System of Work in place for the new techniques you develop.
- Assisting with the movements of stores around site using a forklift truck.
What qualification will you get?
SVQ Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering at SCQF Level 6 | EAL. To achieve this qualification, you will be expected to attend Glasgow Clyde College full-time during the first year.
