What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver safe, capable processes for optimised Test and Evaluation disciplines to specified standards
- Delivery of Trials Engineering tasks
- Gaining knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of new trials techniques
- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment
- Using computer software to enable data capture through appropriate hardware
- Executing and reporting results from Test and Evaluation trials
- Ensuring there is a detailed Safe System of Work in place for the new techniques you develop
- Assisting with the movements of stores around site using a forklift truck
Qualification
SVQ Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering at SCQF Level 6 | EAL. To achieve this qualification, you will be expected to attend Glasgow Clyde College full-time during the first year.

- Aged 18 years+ by the start date for health and safety reasons
- Full driving licence to be able to drive site vehicles
