What You’ll Be Doing
- Potential career streams could include: Combat Systems Platform Integration, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer, Naval Architecture.
- Work on physical integration of COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) & bespoke Combat Systems equipment & infrastructure.
- Providing proof of concept through requirements & calculations enabling detail design.
- Work across stage 1 electrical & mechanical design, naval architecture, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and systems placements providing detailed information to Stakeholders.
- Carry out investigations into operational problems or developments.
- Develop and prepare solutions, on your own or as a member of a team.
