Salary: Circa £90,000 depending on skills and experiences with executive benefits on top.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development and delivery of integrated planning and reporting activities across the Technology Enablement area.
- Managing a team of professionals and supporting their performance, growth, and development.
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing structured, data-driven insight that supports business-critical decisions.
- Overseeing the Integrated Business Planning process and coordinating timely reporting to multiple audiences.
- Driving the improvement and automation of reporting tools and processes in collaboration with the Data & Analytics Team.
- Ensuring continuity and alignment between different programme areas and project phases.
Your skills and experiences:
- Strong background in project controls or high-level project management within an engineering environment.
- Confident working with senior internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to influence and advise.
- Highly organised, structured, and methodical in approach.
- Excellent understanding of financial and performance reporting.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop others.
- Strong communication skills and resilience in a dynamic, complex programme environment.
