We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Associate to join our team! Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and in line with agreed payment dates. Providing payroll support to the business whilst assisting and supporting other team members, with internal and external customers ensuring the team meet the delivery of timely and accurate payment of remuneration and benefits. This role will be based out of our Edinburgh Parks location in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, minimising discrepancies and maximising efficiency.
- Timesheet processing via data entry and weekly uploads.
- Offer expert payroll support to employees, resolving both routine and complex inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Play a key role in the successful completion of recurring payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and ensures full compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Adhere to strict governance and privacy principles, safeguarding sensitive employee data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, reviews, and optimised data structures.
- Two years of dedicated payroll administration experience.
- Previous experience in high volume payroll is highly desirable.
- Dedicated to providing top-tier support to employees regarding payroll matters.
- Proficient in handling and resolving complex payroll inquiries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle payroll systems is highly desirable.
