Location(s): UK, Europe & Africa : UK : Guildford || UK, Europe & Africa : UK : Gloucester || UK, Europe & Africa : UK : Leeds || UK, Europe & Africa : UK : London Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer (Classified) Fixed Term Contract: Jan 2025 – Dec 2027 Location: Due to the secure network required, this role will be based on-site at either our Yeovil, London, Gloucester, Leeds, or Guildford sites. Travel to other locations will also be required when necessary. What you’ll be doing: You will maintain and manage classified and non-classified infrastructure, ensuring high performance and availability of networks and systems. Responsibilities include supporting users, resolving incidents, managing hardware and software, and providing technical input for infrastructure changes. You\’ll work with platforms such as Linux, Windows, VMware, and Citrix. Your skills and experiences: Proven experience in infrastructure support, with expertise in Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, VMware, and networking. RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA/MCSE, or CCNA preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Candidates must already hold UKSC to be considered for the role and be a UK national eligible to obtain DV clearance. Education / Experience: At least two of (or equivalent): RHCSA / RHCE (preferred) MCSA / MCSE (preferred) CCNA / CCDA VCP 3-5 years’ experience of working in a busy IT Department, or other relevant work experience.
