Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly, innovative design solutions that address complex challenges.
- Develop and present design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and visual presentations.
- Evaluate and improve existing digital products with a focus on usability, inclusivity and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping).
- Lead and analyse usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and other user-centered design methods.
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and deliver business value.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior staff.
- Present design solutions to clients, backed by research and best practices.
- Advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methods and tools.
- Proficient in design software such as Figma.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
