We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
What you’ll be doing:
A Graduate Project Manager supports the delivery of business and technical projects by working with experienced Programme Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Control professionals. You’ll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, contributing to planning, control, and assurance. Your roles may include Project Management Office support, Portfolio Management, and Service Delivery. You’ll help set up and close projects, manage finances, and assist with governance and reporting. Additionally, you’ll support senior managers, track risks, and monitor delivery performance. In Service Delivery, you’ll drive service improvements, manage incidents, and contribute to client reporting, gradually gaining more responsibility and autonomy.
