Qualification requirements: As a minimum requirement, you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Software or Computer Related STEM Degree.

Location: Broad Oak (Hampshire)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you will be doing:

  • As a Software Engineering Graduate within our Radar Team, you will create cutting-edge software for our hardware and be involved in the entire lifecycle of a product, from design and development to integration.
  • Producing and maintaining a software design to meet a set of software requirements.
  • Using a software design to produce a deliverable software solution.
  • Testing a software solution to prove that it meets its design aims and requirements.
  • Supporting a software solution to address reported defects and/or add new functionality.
  • Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of Maritime Services software processes.

The Maritime Services team: Become part of the only provider of complex, powerful attack warships to the Royal Navy.
