Job Title: Project Leader Nuclear Training

Location: Barrow-in-Furness- Primarily onsite

What youll be doing:

  • Work with managers and teams in local areas to understand the nuclear training activities that are going on and that the underpinning knowledge is understood and implemented

  • Influence Nuclear Safety on the site & ability to influence career paths within the Nuclear community on the Barrow site

  • Ensure that the business have a tactical way forward with the capacity and capability to deliver in the future

  • Provide advice, guidance and support to the functions, on Nuclear Training activities and actively contribute to the enhancement of the Nuclear Training Inventory and associated service delivered business wide

  • Work to ensure that customer requirements are understood and effective development solutions are created and implemented in line with the strategy to enhance individual and business performance

  • Lead, line manage, mentor, and coach trainees and lead on sub projects annually ensuring sensitive security protocols are supported and adhered to
