Risk and Facilities Manager
Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team to effectively manage risks and opportunities across the Site & Facilities portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying key risk drivers and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Driving risk reduction across projects and programmes through collaboration with project teams.
- Ensuring compliance within BAE project controls governance framework.
- Managing site-wide risk reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintaining reporting standards and governance within the project delivery organization.
- Coaching teams and monitoring work quality to support performance management.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Project Management qualification (e.g., APMQ or Prince2) or equivalent experience.
- Experienced risk practitioner.
- Background in construction or manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams and senior management.
