Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team in planning and reporting activities for the Site & Facilities portfolio.
- Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules at project and programme levels, ensuring alignment with BAES PM&C processes and guidelines.
- Implement schedule progress measurement criteria and manage site-wide planning reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive reporting cadence within the organization, set standards, and ensure governance.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, zonal leads, and departmental managers.
- Supervise team members, providing technical guidance and coaching, and monitor work quality for performance management.
Qualifications
- Project Management qualification (e.g., APMQ or Prince2) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in team leadership/management within a Project Controls environment.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 with relevant experience.
- Background in construction or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to all stakeholder levels.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of submarines and complex programme delivery.
- Experience working within Site & Facilities/Infrastructure environments.
- Understanding of RIBA plan of work.
