Graduate Systems Engineer

Length of contract: Permanent contract. Start date: 6th July 2026.

Qualification requirements: As a minimum requirement, you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace related degree, Systems Engineering, or any STEM subject.

Job Title: Graduate Air Systems Engineer. Location: Prestwick (Ayrshire). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing: Within Systems Engineering, we have opportunities in Flight & Mission Systems disciplines. As well as the technical aspects, you will also learn the important factors such as schedules, costs, training, through-life support whilst considering safety and environmental concerns.

• Supporting the development of our current and future Products to ensure that systems are designed and integrated.
• Capturing and analysing requirements to understand the business and to deliver the product.
• Supporting the design and optimisation of system architectures and solutions using system modelling techniques.
• Defining the verification and validation approach to achieve certification and acceptance with customers.
• Roles may include UK/international business travel.
