Salary: £41,000+ dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead on the implementation and delivery of STEM Outreach Education Services programmes within Naval Ships
- To work in support of developing a technology strategy that underpins the management and delivery of all Education services activities
- Manage the local STEM Ambassador Network, including engagement, training, and communications to ensure high utilisation and visibility
- Lead the development of new STEM outreach resources for Primary and Secondary audiences, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and inclusive
- Understand the importance of safeguarding and apply all necessary processes to ensure Safeguarding responsibilities are deployed
Your skills and experiences:
- Deep functional knowledge of local and national education landscape in order to influence key stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills to deliver range of audiences and age ranges
- Experience of working in an early careers or education setting
- Experience of working with STEM
- Highly proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes to input, analyse and present data

This is a growing area with a record investment in our new Applied Shipbuilding Academy.
