The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.

Location: Frimley, Filton, Weymouth or Portsmouth - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £45,045 dependent on skills and experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the development and delivery of our key education services activities across a range of Key Stages (Key Stage 3-5 and NEETS) including work experiences and STEM based activities, which enhance local and national education initiatives.
  • Coordinating and training STEM ambassadors to deliver on our programmes.
  • Ensuring an effective attractions and recruitment process is fully supported to deliver a high calibre resource to the business, inclusive of role profile development, careers presentations, careers fairs, interview scheduling, offer management and delivery of business wide attraction programmes such as T-level placements, Women in Engineering and Movement to Work.
  • Management of key internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate and align delivery against an Early careers Education & Skills Strategy, building effective relationships in our expanding outreach areas.
  • Acting as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ within Education Services, providing proactive advice, guidance and support to all relevant operational areas and providers.
  • Leading on the effective reporting of service performance, producing regular reports and KPI updates.
  • Providing direction on policy and governance matters related to associated programmes, ensuring both corporate policies are adhered to and local policies are developed and maintained, including service reviews and improvement initiatives, in line with changing business and education requirements.

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of working with young people in community, charity or educational setting.
  • Qualifications or experience in careers, skills or STEM programmes.
  • Proven stakeholder management; including building new stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience of managing projects and exceptional presentation skills with good IT skills – All Microsoft packages.
  • Experience / knowledge of apprenticeship schemes.
  • Coaching, training or teaching experience or experience of working within a similar role within an Early Careers.
