Salary: £34,658 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
Fully understand the data and SuccessFactors processes, including the impact of data changes, anomalies, and their resolution
Collaborate creatively and effectively with key stakeholders such as the HR Data Systems Team, Data Analysts, Business Data Leads, EITS, and Change Management to meet business requirements
Identify and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Data Systems Team, fostering innovative thinking and overseeing the implementation of new ideas
Develop a comprehensive understanding of other service streams or functions that use HR data (e.g. IT, VRS, Payroll) and how this data is interpreted or affects outcomes
Ensure strict adherence to governance and control protocols for all incoming and outgoing data
Managing the integration and maintenance of HR data into downstream systems such as SAP & mass data uploads into SuccessFactors
Your skills and experiences:
Good working knowledge of relational databases and adept at data query construction
Experience of the delivery of large scale organisational and employee data changes
Advanced MS Excel including VBA
Experience of SuccessFactors or other SAS based platforms

The HR Data Systems team:
As a HR Data Systems Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for the input, maintenance, quality and integrity of data held in SuccessFactors. SuccessFactors is the HR platform for employee data, this role however extends beyond one single technology platform to cover the data input, peer review and problem management for several other technology platforms including IT platforms, Recruitment applications, SAP Finance, Vetting Record System (Security), Open Options and Time and Attendance systems.
