What you will be doing: In this role, you will ensure the effective delivery of existing services and the development of new capabilities within the Air Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functional domain, aligned to agreed budget and business priorities. You’ll oversee the technical delivery, change, and enhancement of the Air ERP Team, working closely with infrastructure and support teams responsible for maintaining non-production environments used for development, testing, and business continuity activities. You’ll also support impact assessments against the baseline solution and contribute to Business Recovery planning and execution.
Core duties:
- Provide guidance to the Air ERP Delivery Team to deliver existing services and develop new ERP capabilities in line with budget and business needs.
- Support technical delivery, change, and enhancement activities across the Air ERP platform, including oversight of ERP infrastructure environments supporting development, testing, and business continuity.
- Act as part of the first-line supervisory structure for ERP technical delivery and support, ensuring effective governance across design and build activities.
- Own and contribute to the design and build of IT solution components across the Air ERP platform, ensuring all changes are delivered safely and effectively into the live environment.
Essential Skills:
- Experience using ITIL V3 and/or ITIL V4.
- Experience with Incident Management.
- Experience with Problem Management.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, service teams and third-party providers to support business requirements.
The Air ERP Delivery Team is responsible for the design, build, and testing of IT solution components across the Air ERP platform, delivering ERP change and driving the ongoing evolution of a critical enterprise system that supports the Air business. This is an exciting time to join the team, with involvement across major programmes, transformation initiatives, and complex delivery challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a large-scale ERP landscape and see the direct impact of your work on how the Air organisation operates.
