Job Description: You'll take an overseeing role in designing and delivering Planning Analytics solutions, transforming highly detailed business data into meaningful insights that support key functions such as Finance and Resource Planning. Working with tools including IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), PAW, PAfE and Cognos Analytics, you'll develop models, dashboards and reports within an Agile environment, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable and aligned to business needs. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work on multi-faceted, high-impact projects, build advanced technical experience and grow your leadership capability within a supportive and forward-thinking data and analytics team.

Core duties:

  • You will design and develop Planning Analytics models, reports and dashboards using TM1, PAW and PAfE.
  • You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
  • You drive data integration and evaluation, working with SQL and data sources to deliver meaningful insights.
  • Your role includes testing, deploying and maintaining solutions within Agile sprints using change and version control processes.
  • You support and mentor junior developers, while resolving incidents and ensuring solutions meet service level expectations.

Essential Skills:

  • You demonstrate considerable Planning Analytics (TM1) development experience, building models, reports and data solutions.
  • You will have handled and interpreted data using SQL or similar, ensuring accuracy and meaningful business insights.
  • You'll be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with stakeholders across functions.
  • Your experience includes Agile development, testing, version control and maintaining structured technical documentation.
