As an Integration Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of all Domain & Requirements Mission Systems Engineering activities as part of the FCAS/GCAP programme.
- Managing Agile planning, tasking and reporting processes.
- Supporting Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives within the Sensing & Non-Kinetic Effects Team (SANKE).
- Sensing & Non-Kinetic Effect System Design/development with associated areas, including Mission Data, Mission Management, Through Life Support, Safety-Airworthiness, Security, Interoperation, Engineering & Test.
- Systems/integration engineering and engineering lifecycle experience.
- Knowledge of systems engineering methods and tools.
- Experience of leading and managing engineering teams.
The team uses an agile work planning process to develop mission system concept options, architectures and designs for the various components of a future combat air system.
