Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Security across complex engineering programmes, ensuring products are designed, developed and operated securely throughout their lifecycle.
  • Working with a high degree of autonomy, balance security requirements with operational, commercial and delivery priorities, helping programmes achieve compliance while delivering practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Through technical leadership and stakeholder influence, reduce security risk, strengthen customer confidence and ensure Product Security is embedded into engineering decisions, contributing directly to successful programme outcomes and business growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on security risks, requirements, governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex challenges, influence strategic decisions and help shape the future of secure product delivery.

You will have significant Product Security Engineering experience, including risk management and secure system design.
