Job Description:

As a Business Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the office within our Submarine Business, providing co-ordination with office activities, visitor management, supplier engagement, onboarding and central communications. You will also help to maintain compliance with security and Health, Safety and Environmental standards while delivering professional support in a fast-paced environment.

Core duties:

  • You will help coordinate and organise general office related day-to-day activities and liaise with visitors and external agencies for our Submarine Business.
  • You will be acting as the primary point of contact for all office management activities, including maintenance coordination, service provider engagement and supplier performance oversight.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing visitor management processes, ensuring compliance with security protocols and delivering a professional on-site experience.
  • You will support with Health, Safety and Environment compliance by collaborating closely with the SHE Support Team and HS&E Advisor to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
  • You will be responsible for managing central office communications, including shared inboxes and providing support with onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless integration experience for new employees.

Essential Skills:

  • You are required to have gained experience of working within an office management role.
  • You will need to be a solid user of the full Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint suite.
  • You will bring a strong confidence to engage effectively with external visitors and stakeholders and be detail oriented, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Business Operation Support team:

Here in the team, we support office operations, facilities, security, inductions and supplier coordination. We play a key role in delivering high quality business support alongside ensuring smooth day-to-day operations whilst supporting with the office’s overall team growth. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
