This role focuses on supporting and maintaining enterprise data integrations that underpin critical aircraft maintenance and support services. You will work with SQL technologies and integration tools to develop, manage, and optimise data flows across multiple systems, ensuring reliability and performance in a global operational environment.
Core duties:
- Support & maintain existing applications & integrations, contributing to the design, build, and deployment across multiple systems
- Contribute to high quality design specifications and configuration for key M&SSCC applications and services in collaboration with Architecture teams
- Troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, business logic, and underlying data source problems
- Clearly document all processes, procedures, and support models related to the maintenance and ongoing operation of M&SSCC applications and services
- Troubleshoot and propose pragmatic, well reasoned solutions to incidents, requests, and project related technical challenges
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems, integrations, processes, or configurations and present these improvements to the wider team
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SQL technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle SQL
- Experience developing and maintaining integration packages using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience integrating data between multiple enterprise systems and ensuring reliable end to end data flows
- Experience working within Windows Server operating systems (2016+)

The M&SSCC (Maintenance and Support Services Coordination Centre) team is responsible for delivering comprehensive maintenance and support services for aircraft operations worldwide. Additionally, the team ensures seamless coverage over various systems, driving growth, and integrating technologies into cloud-based infrastructures tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer. As subject matter experts (SMEs), the team addresses inquiries, troubleshoots issues, and provides valuable insights to enhance software functionality and performance. Ultimately, the M&SSCC team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of aircraft maintenance and support services on a global scale.
