Job Title: Breakfast Club Assistant
E-ACT Badock’s Wood Academy
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving simple, healthy breakfast options
- Supervising and engaging children in positive play
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Supporting pupils’ wellbeing before the school day begins
Pay range: SCP3 – £4,420.68 per week – FTE: £24,796.00 – 7.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar setting)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Basic understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
- Ability to supervise and engage children in a safe, friendly manner
