This is a part-time position working 32.5 hours a week Monday – Friday during term-time (Maternity cover). Working hours are 11am – 6pm (with 30 minutes unpaid for lunch).

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Prep School PA & General Administrator to support our Prep school.

  • The Prep School Head's PA is responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of the Prep School.
  • The post holder will assist in the day-to-day running of the Prep School as well as providing general administrative support to Badminton’s External Relations (Admissions and Marketing) team.
  • The post-holder will play a vital role within the Prep school efficiently undertaking administrative tasks that involve a high sense of confidentiality and responsibility, including filing and logging parental complaints and organising inspection paperwork.
  • They will carry out day-to-day receptionist duties for part of the day which will include being the first point of contact for parents and other visitors to the Prep School, manning the front desk and assisting Prep School staff.
  • For the other part of the day, the post holder will work in External Relations assisting with general administration duties including preparation for Open Mornings and events, and preparation for overseas recruitment trips.
