Working in our busy branch in Church Road, Bishops Cleeve just 10 minutes from the M5, we have an opportunity for a second pharmacist on a part time basis, however if you are seeking a full time role there is the opportunity to do this working across two Badhams branches.

We can be flexible around working days, the shifts will be either 0800-1700 or 1000-1900 and would include some weekend work on a rota basis of 1 in 4

We pay a competitive salary, and the opportunity to top this up with payments for all services and interventions completed such as Pharmacy First, NMS, Hypertension and many others, giving an achievable opportunity for an additional £5000 a year on top of base salary

We seek a commercially focused pharmacist with excellent clinical skills who can communicate effectively with customers, staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals. You will lead by example with excellent customer service skills to provide the very best healthcare services to the communities in and around Gloucestershire .

Many of our branches operate a range of opening hours, however we can be flexible with days of work. This branch is one of our busiest regularly dispensing over 30000 items per month, has a robot dispensing dosette trays and was the first of our branches to utilise the PharmacyX system

Undertake the role of responsible pharmacist at the pharmacy, supporting the Pharmacist manager
Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level including blood pressure, contraceptive services, flu jabs and all Pharmacy First services
Maintain and improve peoples’ health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services
Ensure the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
Ensure the pharmacy engages with all commissioned services and complies with the quality framework
Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives,
Strong leadership of a team of technicians, dispensers and counter assistants
