Badham Pharmacy is recruiting an enthusiastic and energetic pharmacist manager to join our teams across Gloucestershire.

No agencies please.

The role is based at the modern Wilson Health Centre branch in Cheltenham (GL52 3EY) and involves full‑time Monday to Friday hours of 09:00‑17:30 and occasional Saturday work on a rota.

Part‑time applicants may be considered.

The branch uses the Pharmacy X dispensing system, enabling pharmacists to focus on community services.

Key responsibilities include

  • Act as the responsible pharmacist at the pharmacy.
  • Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level, including blood pressure, contraceptive and flu jab services.
  • Promote Healthy Living Pharmacy services to improve patients’ health.
  • Ensure efficient pharmacy operations and lead by example.
  • Engage with commissioned services and comply with the quality framework.
  • Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership to technicians, dispensers and counter assistants.

Requirements

  • Qualified Pharmacist, registered with the GPh C upon start date.
  • Commercially focused with excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities.

Salary: £60,000‑£67,000 negotiable based on experience, plus bonuses for services completed.
