BADHAM PHARMACY LIMITED is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Pharmacist Manager to lead our team at St George's Place in Cheltenham. The role is full‑time (Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:30) with occasional Saturday work on a rota basis. Part‑time applicants may also be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the responsible pharmacist for the pharmacy.
- Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level, including blood pressure checks, contraceptive services, flu jabs and all Pharmacy First services.
- Maintain and improve patient health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services.
- Ensure the pharmacy runs efficiently, leading by example.
- Engage with all commissioned services and comply with the quality framework.
- Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives.
- Strong leadership of a team of technicians, dispensers and counter assistants.
