Restaurant and bar staff required for a Rural Restaurant / Pub in the Heart of Cheshire. MUST BE 18 years old and above due to bar service. MUST BE AVAILABLE during weekdays, evenings & weekends.

We are looking for bright, energetic, confident, bubbly team players to join our team. We are a Rural Pub situated in the centre of a small village of Church Minshull, serving a wide mix of customers from local regulars to visitors from further afield. Each customer must feel warm and welcome.

We are proud to serve freshly cooked and prepared seasonal food. We are looking for outgoing, friendly people to join our team. Previous experience is helpful but not essential, as long as you enjoy looking after people and have a passion for food and drink. We will provide training on the job.

When on shift, duties will include:

  • Serving customers with both food and drink
  • Taking orders
  • Making hot drinks
  • Setting up the restaurant for service
  • Clearing the restaurant at night
  • Cash and card handling
  • Any other general duties

Training and development will be provided through on-shift training. Own transport is beneficial due to location and possible finishing times; public transport may not be available after 9pm.

As a Bar and Waiting Staff member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Floor Manager, your core responsibilities include serving food and beverages, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness. Your hospitality skills will enhance the dining experience, while your relevant abilities in food preparation and time management will ensure efficient operations.
